Richard received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Winnipeg and his Law Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1975, having been accepted to the Manitoba Bar in 1976. Richard's primary areas of practice are in the field of corporate law, including Federal and Provincial incorporation, corporate restructuring, sale and purchases of shares and the like, commercial transactions, including leasing and financing, among others, the creation, purchase and sale of businesses, residential real estate purchases, sales and mortgaging, estates, wills, and powers of attorney.

JOHN RAMSAY, B.A.(Ad.), LL.B.
John received his Bachelor of Arts (Advanced) Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1982 and his Law Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1985, and was accepted to the Manitoba Bar in 1986. His practice is exclusive in the area of family and domestic law, and John carries one of the most all-pervasive family law practices in the Province of Manitoba. John has extensive experience in all fields of domestic law including divorce, separation, custody, maintenance, child protection and the like.

SAMUEL B. MALAMUD, B.A., LL.B. (LL.M. Pending)
Sam received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba in 1970 and his Law Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1973, and was admitted to the Manitoba Bar in 1974. Sam practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, including family law, medical malpractice, professional negligence, contract litigation, estate litigation, and all other areas of litigation incidental thereto. Sam is presently registered in the Masters of Law Program at the University of Manitoba and expects to receive his Masters of Law in the area of Aboriginal Child Protection.

PAMELA M. REILLY, LL.B.
Pam received her Law Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1991 and was accepted to the Manitoba Bar in 1992. Pam practises primarily in the area of civil litigation, including board and tribunal hearings, professional malpractice, personal injury, wrongful dismissal, contractual disputes, real estate litigation and the like.

LYNN A. RYZNICZUK, B.A., LL.B.
Lynn received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Winnipeg in 1976 and her Law Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1991, and was accepted to the Manitoba Bar in 1992. Lynn practises exclusively in the area of family and domestic law, with particular interest in divorce, separation, maintenance, and any and all other matters arising out of family and domestic disputes.

Paul received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto in 1972 and his Law Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1975, and was accepted to the Manitoba Bar in 1976. Paul carries out a general area of practice including corporate, commercial, real estate, wills, estates, civil litigation, family, domestic law and criminal law.

Randy received his Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1974 and his Law Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1981, and was admitted to the Manitoba Bar in 1982. Randy practises exclusively in the area of criminal law.

BRADLEY T. KING, B.A., B.Ed. LL.B.
Brad received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1989, his Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1993, and his Law Degree from the University of Alberta in the year 2000, and was admitted to the Manitoba Bar in 2001.
